Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter has edged out California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger when it comes to being green. Ritter got the top ranking from Greenopia, an online green-living group that ranked which governors were the most dedicated to preserving the environment. The three lowest rankings went to Sarah Palin of Alaska, Mitchell Daniels of Indiana and Bobby Jindal of Louisiana.
